How does Census integration help?
Utilizing Census to import diverse customer data into Insider, you can generate detailed segments for highly targeted campaigns. For example, you can focus on specific demographics with customized promotions, re-engage inactive segments with relevant content, or provide personalized product recommendations based on real-time data.
How do you set it up?
To start using Census with Insider,
1. Census will need an API Key that provides access to the Unified Customer Database. You need to create an API key in Insider's InOne platform. Navigate to your username > Settings > InOne Settings > Integration Settings.
2. Back in Census, navigate to the Destinations page and click Add Destination. Select Insider from the list of destinations. Enter the API Key that you generated in Insider's InOne panel and click Save.
You are now ready to start creating audiences in Insider.
