WhatsApp Trigger Template

WhatsApp Trigger template enables users to contact you through WhatsApp. Clicking this button triggers WhatsApp to open a chat with the predefined WhatsApp number.  

How to create it

To create a campaign with the Scratch Coupon template, navigate to Experience > Optimize > Web Templates.

1. Click the Create button, name your campaign, and click the Next button.

2. You will land on the Template Library. You can search for the template or find it under Increase Conversion Rate.

3. When you click on the template, you will see the available platforms, its default preview, description, and its elements. Click Use For {Platform} to proceed.

4. After your selection, you will see the template on your website in Preview mode of the Action Builder. WhatsApp Trigger is an on-page template. It is located at the left corner of your website, you can change its position.

5. You can proceed with designing your template in the Design mode.

The template comes with a button by default. In the Settings window, you can set the WhatsApp number you want customers to contact and a default message that will display in the chat. 

For the Button element, you can change its style and text. You can upload an image; the recommended size is 150x50 px. You can enable Close on Click toggle for users to close it easily.6. Once you are ready, Save your design and continue with the rest of your campaign.
