Conversion Rate Uplift, as a Variant Metric, is calculated based on the ratio of the conversion rate (CR) of the variant (var) to that of the control group (CG).
Formula: Var (CR) / CG (CR) - 1
Below is a sample calculation of Conversion Rate Uplift.
In the example above, you can see the CR of both the variant and control groups. When you place them in the formula, it gives out the Variant CR Uplift displayed in the table below.
CR Uplift = Var (CR) / CG (CR) - 1
CR Uplift = 0,0498 / 0,038 - 1
CR Uplift = 0,31 = 31.0%
