      Article Summary

      User Profiles (UP) is the front-end implementation of the Unified Customer Database (UCD). Insider collects and unifies user information from different sources (e.g. web, mobile, CRM, email, etc.), then displays this information under the UP page. This page provides data for individual users.

      You can provide user access to your members to view the PII (Personally Identifiable Information), personal data of the customers, or the User Profiles from the settings tab.

      You can leverage this page for different purposes in various verticals. For example, a car seller can use this page to filter the desired users and collect insights based on their previous activities.

      The User Profiles listing page

      To reach the listing page, navigate to Audience > User Profiles.

      This page allows you to view user identifier information, created date, and to search user by their profile IDs (Insider ID), email address, phone number or UUID.

      Identifiers listed in the search dropdown (email address, profile ID, etc.) and names of the columns on User Profiles listing page vary based on the order set on the Identity Resolution page.

      To filter or narrow down your users, you can click the Filters button.

      When using Profile ID search, you need to enter the complete profile ID into the search box.
      Note: Insider uses caching on the listing page. The listing page refreshes itself every day. You can refresh the cache by giving inputs in the search field or refreshing the page via the refresh icon located after the total count box.

      You can export your users after filtering out some of them. This is because of maintaining high performance on the page.
