    Countdown Settings

      Article Summary

You can use countdowns in your campaigns to create a sense of urgency or FOMO (fear of missing out) in your customers by offering a discount or promotion for a limited time. Countdown timers encourage customers to complete their purchases by reminding them that time is running out.

Countdowns can be set in Timer, Date or Recurring format. Once set, the countdown will end at the specified date or time.

Countdown elements have time labels such as Day, Hour, Min, Seconds. The text of these labels is dynamically translated based on the selected language in the Launch step. For instance, if you choose English, the campaign displays x hours, y mins, or z seconds to users on your website.
      • Timer: Set a time for the countdown to end (hours:minutes or hours:minutes:seconds format)
      • Date: Set a date and time for the countdown to end (days:hours:minutes or days:hours:minutes:seconds format)
      • Recurring: Run a countdown timer on a specified time every day
      • Show Seconds Toggle: Display or hide seconds in the timer
      • Hide Days if They Reach Zero: Hides days when the timer counts for less than a day
      • Close on Finish: Hide the countdown when the timer stops
