Sirius AI Features

Sirius AI is Insider's AI suite that combines our brand-new Generative AI capabilities with existing AI capabilities like predictive and conversational AI, NLP, and machine learning algorithms like recommendations and search. It supports end-to-end CX automation and helps marketers deliver the right message/conversation to the right person at the right time on the right channel.

Sirius AI employs a combination of technologies to create a seamless user experience. It leverages OpenAI's capabilities for analyzing use-case inputs while our in-house AI generates user journeys. This dynamic duo of AI systems collaborates to produce the desired outcomes.

Sirius AI includes three main product groups:

GenAI Features

These features are built on GenAI capabilities and Insider’s AI developments, such as AI Text Generator and Smart Journey Generator.

Automation Features

These features are the ones that Insider previously aimed to automate the decision-making process for marketers, such as Next Best Channel, Send Time Optimization, and A/B Autoselection.

AI-backed Products

These products are Insider’s legacy products based on AI infrastructure, such as Smart Recommender, Predictive Segments, Search (Eureka), and WhatsApp Chatbot with GenAI.

Agentic AI

Agentic AI empowers systems to act autonomously, extending beyond content generation to decision-making and task execution. Insight Agent is Insider’s long-term vision for agentic AI, designed to deliver proactive insights across channels. Sirius Assistant, currently available only on Architect Analytics pages, serves as the MVP of this initiative.
