    Single SMS Campaign Analytics


      Article Summary

      You can view your campaigns analytics and evaluate their performance. To reach campaign level analytics, click the Analytics button against each campaign.

      When you land on the Analytics page, you can click the Details button on top right corner to see your details about your current campaign details.

      Essential Key Metrics

      You can examine the overall analytics of your campaign.

      • Targeted: The total number of recipients in your target audience generated based on the segmentation of your campaign.
        • Sent: Total number of SMS messages successfully transferred to the service provider to be addressed to the recipients.
        • Dropped: Total number of SMS messages that weren’t transferred to the service provider to be addressed to the recipients.
      • Delivery Rate: Percentage of the Delivered to the Sent SMS messages.
        • Delivered: Total number of SMS messages successfully transferred to the recipients.
        • Undelivered: Total number of SMS messages that weren’t addressed to the recipients by the service provider.
      • Click-Through Rate: Percentage of the Total Clicks to the Delivered SMS messages.
        • Clicks: Total number of times that the recipients clicked to the links in your SMS message.
      • Conversion Rate: Percentage of the Conversions to the number of Delivered SMS messages.
        • Conversions: Total number of successful goal accomplishments.
      • Revenue: Total value of purchases made via your SMS messages.

      Supporting Key Metrics

      • SMS Count: Total number of SMS allocated for sending all the content included in the SMS messages.
      • Unsubscriber Rate: Percentage of the unsubscribes to the number of Delivered SMS messages.
      • Unsubscribers: Total number of recipients who opted out from your SMS messages.
      • Unsuccessful Messages: This section visualize the reasons of the unsuccessful messages both in graphically and statistically.
      • Link Click Activity: You can see and track the performance of your links allocated in campaigns by using the link click activity section on campaign statistics.

      Unsuccessful Messages

      Several reasons might cause unsuccessful messages. In this section you can visualize and analyze the main reasons for the Dropped and the Undelivered messages.

      • Dropped: Total number of SMS messages that weren’t transferred to the service provider to be addressed to the recipients.
      • Undelivered Messages: Total number of SMS messages that weren’t addressed to the recipients by the service provider.

      Dropped message metrics and reasons

      • Frequency Capped: Percentage (and the number) of the Dropped messages due to the Channel Frequency Capping settings.
      • Duplicates: Percentage (and the number) of the Dropped messages due to the duplicate recipients in the audience.
      • Internal Errors: Percentage (and the number) of the Dropped messages due to various internal system issues (bugs, server problems, technical malfunctions).
      • Country Code Drops:Percentage (and the number) of the Dropped messages due to the phone numbers with country codes other than the specified in your contract.

        In order to send an SMS, your quota must be set in the country you want to send. Otherwise, you receive a country code error. 
      • Invalid Phone Numbers: Percentage(and the number) of Dropped messages due to the phone numbers in a non-standart format. 

      Undelivered message metrics and reasons

      • Carrier Violation: Percentage (and the number) of the Undelivered messages due to content or spam filtering by the service provider. 
      • Hard Bounces: Percentage (and the number) of the Undelivered messages since the recipients’ phone numbers are not in use. You can find below possible reasons for Hard Bounce; 
        • Unknown Number: The destination number you are trying to reach is unknown and may no longer exist.
        • Message Blocked: The destination number you are trying to reach is blocked from receiving this message or due to blacklisting.
        • Landline or Unreachable Carrier: The destination number is unable to receive this message, trying to reach a landline or an unreachable carrier.
      • Soft Bounces: Percentage (and the number) of the Undelivered messages since the recipients’ are not reachable at that moment.
        • Unreachable Phone: The destination phone you are trying to reach is switched off or unavailable at the moment 
        • Roaming: You are trying to reach the number which is roaming at the moment so it cannot accept the message right now.
      • Delivery Failures: Percentage (and the number) of the Undelivered messages due to technical issues at the service provider side.
      • Unknown Delivery: Percentage (and the number) of the messages which cannot be confirmed as Delivered by the service provider due to uncertain reasons.
