Checkout Event Synchronization allows you to easily sync customer information who visit checkout page on Shopify to Insider.

What is Checkout Event Synchronization?
Checkout Event Synchronization enables you to view each user's checkout actions (events) on Insider's InOne panel, and segment them with the Checkout Page View event on the messaging channels and Architect.
How does it work?
With the Checkout Event Synchronization feature, you can track customers who have logged in and visited checkout page or customer who enters contact and shipping information on the first page of the Shopify Checkout Page and customers who have proceeded on checkout page with the detailed parameters like product details along with the user information. This event can easily be utilized by the abandoned checkout emails on Insider's Architect product.

If you want to use the synced checkout event data in OnSite channel, you can do it only via Architect's OnSite channel.

How can you configure Checkout Event Synchronization?
Enabling Checkout Event Webhook Synchronization, you will start getting all users who visit and have contact information on checkout page from Shopify to Insider. To Enable Checkout Event sync, you need to enable New Checkout Events toggle.
What data is collected when syncing from Shopify to Insider?
Below is the list of user information that is shared between each platform. When you turn on User Synchronization between Shopify and Insider, Insider collects the following information from Shopify.
