Once you Insider as source on Tealium, you can collect all messaging channel events such as email open or SMS click. This integration helps you store your events in one place, create a segment, and forward them to your destinations.

You can easily forward collected leads by Insider lead collection templates, and access data of your collected leads in Tealium dashboard.

Configuring Insider as a Source on Tealium

To configure Insider as a source on your Tealium account, follow these steps:

Before you start:
You should create all your events and specifications with the exact naming before you set up Insider. Refer to Tealium's Event Specifications to see how to create events and event specifications.

1. Log into your Tealium account. Under Data Sources catalog, find Insider and click on it.

3. Define your source name and click the Continue button.
4. Select the events that you want to receive from Insider into your Tealium platform.

5. After selecting the events, click the Continue button on get code page, and click the Close button on the summary page.
6. After finishing the setup, you need to publish your changes on Tealium panel to start the integration.
7. To finish the setup, contact Insider team to activate the Tealium integration on Insider with the provided endpoint URL.

Data Synchronization

Insider can pass a selected identifier data to Tealium. This identifier can be any attribute including email, phone number, uuid (unique user ID), or any custom attribute.
