Receiving no Web Push Notifications

You may not be receiving web push notifications due to several reasons: you may not have enabled opt-in settings, not have allowed notifications on your browser, or not have allowed notifications on your system.

In order to receive web push notifications, the permissions on the operating system level and on the browser must be enabled. If you are having issues with receiving web push notifications, at a basic level, you should check whether the permissions on the operating system and browsers are open.

Operational System Level 

Windows

1. Check the Notifications & Action section under Settings and make sure that you allowed “Get notifications from apps and other senders” on the Operation System level.

2.  Check the Notifications & Action section and make sure that you allowed browser notifications on the Operation System level.

macOS

1. Navigate to System Preferences > Notifications. Choose your browser and enable "Allow Notifications"

Browser Level

1. Under Chrome Settings > Security and Privacy > Site Settings > Notifications, make sure that you allowed to see the opt-in screen. If this is disabled, you won’t see the opt-in permission screen.

2. Under Chrome Settings > Security and Privacy > Site Settings, make sure that you allowed notifications for that particular website.

3. If you cannot see the website you are looking for, you can search it on the top right corner of the screen.

4. Lastly, check if you allowed the notifications from the address bar.
