    Mobile App Segment Categories


      Article Summary

      Each segment category consists of different sets of data that you can use to create your audience. Some of the categories have a predefined set of data while categories like events, attributes or custom segments contain data that comes from your app and what your developers set in the app or what you have uploaded to our system.

      Filter Categories

      • Device Attributes: Device and application information like language or device version
      • User Attributes: User attributes shared by the partner
      • Events: All implemented events in the application 
      • Custom Attributes: All custom attributes implemented in the application
      • Purchase History: Information that is tracked by Insider revenue methods, like saved data of historical user purchases
      • RFM: Targeting users based on shopping recency, frequency and monetary value
      • Location: Based on the device IP, location resolved to a city or county in which the device network is located
      • Geofence: Exact device location based on GPS information of device
      • Predictive segments: Prediction-based segmentation groups users that have high or low likelihood to perform some actions
      • Custom segments: Files with user data that were uploaded in custom segments
      • Campaign history: Historical campaign information to target users who already received or have not received other campaigns
