Do you have control over the cache system in browsers?

As Insider, we do not have direct control over how individual browsers store and retrieve cached information. The cache system in web browsers is managed independently by each user's browser software.

Why are passive campaigns still visible even with updates due to the cache?

The visibility of active campaigns can persist because of browser caching. Passive campaigns may remain visible until the browser decides to fetch updated content.

What time zone is the countdown timer based on?

It is based on the user's timezone.

How can I manage Wheel of Fortune when a coupon in 1 variation runs out?

You can manage it by removing the variant or adding a new coupon code.

What is the limit of items shown in the Cart Reminder template?

There is no limitation.

Can I export more than 3 months of Leads or Survey results?

GDPR limits the maximum period as 3 months.

Which image formats (for favicon) can I use on Tab Talk?

You can use .png, .jpeg and .gif.

Can I set Re-eligibility == 0 and is the unit setting for re-eligibility session-based? (not talking about After Click/close)

Onpage templates always stays there if you set re-eligibility as 0. In action such as click or close, the page continues to show as it is refreshed. You can use this for inline personalization such as adding free shipping badge to products. If you think the duration of the cookie duration is long, we would suggest you to use Session Based.

Does a campaign with a custom segment need a refresh before I can see the campaign?

When the user comes to the website for the first time, we cannot define the user since the cookie values have not been set yet. When you refresh the page or go to another page, the match in the segment is provided.

You need to refresh the page since they are based on local storage or cookie. However, for the first party segment, if there is a valid value in the local storage or cookie, you don’t need to refresh. if not, you should refresh.

For "Sticky countdown with Discounted Price" template, how do I set the @discount type data?

This template works dynamically. Prices(current - discount) come from the system rule. (productInfo). The area where the attribute is brings the price.

Do I have to refresh the page after meeting the rule for XX times when using "Number of Matching a Custom Rule by a User"?

Users have to refresh the page first.

What is the data limit while exporting the Survey results?

The data export is limited to a one-month time range, with a maximum of 10,000 rows.

How can I adjust the button element for different devices for the same campaign?

You can adjust it with ease thanks to responsive positioning feature.

Why is the campaign only visible after refreshing the page or going to the second page?

Some segment and rule conditions require users to navigate to the second page for detection, which means the segment is defined for the first visit, and the user is detected on the second visit. For instance, custom segments or rules like the location rule may only be detected after users initially visit the website. Upon navigating to the second page, the conditions are then checked. 

What should I do if the coupon code for one of the variations runs out?

You can either upload more coupons to the list, or remove the variation from the active campaign. Before removing it, make sure that you already exported all of the leads collected from that variation.

Can I add a GIF to the Image Library?

You can upload a GIF to the Image Library as long as its size is lower than 500 KB.

How can I display my campaign with a delay after users meet the certain rules? 

You can utilize display time settings in the Rules step of your campaign to set the delay time to the desired duration after users meet the specified rules.
