      Article Summary

      User Engagement helps you target the users who are likely to engage with your brand. It allows you to create an engagement strategy that maximizes conversions and reduces potential amount of unsubscribe users.

      In predictive modeling, a customer's behavior is compared to the other customers' journeys and historical data. User Engagement uses machine learning algorithm to look through users' data and events (e.g. ratio of opened emails, recency, user's lifespan, etc.). 

      User Engagement algorithm learns from users email, web push, and app push notification, SMS and WhatsApp messages opening behavior, and predicts the users who are more likely to open the email, push or messages within the next 7 days.

      To segment your users, select Predictive Segments > User Engagement. Choose the product from the dropdown menu to target users on, and set your operator to High.
