Email Recommendation Analytics

Email Recommendation Analytics enable you to see the ROI of the Email Recommendation campaigns that you are actively using. You can see the exact contributed revenue from the Email Recommendation campaigns as well as having some additional insights.

To see the performance of Email Recommendation Campaigns with specific metrics and detailed reporting, navigate to Reports > Email Recommendation Analytics.

You can select the time range with the date picker to see the specific statistics.

Conversion Funnel

The conversion funnel shows the overall performance of Email Recommendation within the selected time period.

• Opens: The number of times the email is opened.
• Clicks: Number of the times email recommendation widget is clicked.
• CTR: The ratio of recipients who clicked the email recommendation widgets to all recipients.
• Revenue: The daily income generated from the purchases made by clicking the email recommendation widgets.
