Email Integration for Journeys

To send email campaigns to your users in your journeys, you need to complete the following requirements:
1. DNS configuration form
2. Opt-in information
3. Email API key
4. URL parameter separator
5. Data collection
6. Cart item collection & browsed item collection
7. Predefined events
8. IP warm-up
1. DNS Configuration Form
Insider team will share a form with you for Insider to complete the DNS configuration. Start your integration with filling this form.
2. Opt-In Information
You need to pass users' email address, GDPR opt-in, and email (marketing) opt-in to Insider. You can share this data with Insider with one of the following methods:
If your company obtains your users' consent in compliance with the local regulations, make sure to pass the GDPR opt-in field to Insider. If you want to stop collecting and processing the data of an identified user, GDPR opt-in field should have the false value. Insider cannot be held liable if these obligations are not fulfilled and reserves the right to seek compensation from your company.
3. Email API Key
Insider team will configure your email API key to your account.
4. URL Parameter Separator
Insider team will select one of the URL parameter separators for email options for your account.
5. Data Collection
Insider team will enable data collection for your account.
6. Cart Item Collection & Browsed Item Collection
Insider will enable Cart Item Collection and/or Browsed Item Collection if you want to run cart and/or browse abandonment journeys.
7. Predefined Events
Insider team will enable the predefined events (e.g. cart page view, product page view, etc.) for your account.
8. IP Warm-Up
You need to complete the IP warm-up process. Once it is completed, Insider team will enable the Email IP Warm-Up for your account.
