If you receive no notifications, after checking it at operational system and browser level, check whether you have enabled opt-in settings. Then, you can continue troubleshooting in the Web Push Settings.
Make sure that your website address is correct both on InOne and Web Push Settings Pages. If not, the user will not receive your push notification.
1. For Web Push Settings, click Integration tab and ensure that your URL is correct.
2. For InOne settings, navigate to this page by clicking your username > Settings > Inone Settings > Account Preferences. You need to check whether your URL is correct under Web&Social part.
