      If you receive no notifications, after checking it at operational system and browser level, you can go on troubleshooting in the Web Push Settings. Here, you need to check if the Web Push opt-in is enabled. If it is not, the opt-in screen won’t be displayed on your website.

      1. To check Web Push Settings, navigate to Experience > Message > Web Push. Click Settings on the top right corner of the screen.

      2. Be sure that "Enable web push opt in" option is marked.

      In "Opt in Trigger Settings" part, if you set a delay, the user will receive the opt-in notification after specified seconds. This can be one of the reasons if the user does not get the opt-in notification right after they visit your website.
