Abandoned carts have been a lasting problem for all e-commerce businesses. A cart reminder push helps you tackle this issue.
A cart reminder push is very similar to a conversion push. Provided that the integration is completed, a push is triggered when a user adds item(s) to their cart and ends the session. Depending on the number of items in the cart, the user will receive a rich push or carousel push with the image, name, and price of the item(s).
- If the number of items in the cart is 1 or 2, users will receive a standard rich notification that looks like a slider notification without the arrows to navigate. It will include the last item added to the cart.
- If the number of items in the cart is 3 or more, users will receive a carousel notification that looks like a slider notification with all items. It is limited with maximum 6 items. If there are more than 6 items in the cart, it will show the last 6 added items.
