Call Us Template

The Call Us template produces a contact button on your page so users can easily contact you. 

How to create it

To create a campaign with the Call Us template, navigate to Experience > Optimize > Web Templates.

1. Click the Create button, name your campaign, and click the Next button.

2. You will land on the Template Library. You can search for the template or find it under Increase Engagement.

3. When you click on the template, you will see the available platforms, its default preview, description, and its elements. Click Use For {Platform} to proceed.

4. After your selection, you will see the template on your website in Preview mode of the Action Builder. Call Us is an on-page template. By default, it is located at the bottom of the page. You can change its position.

5. You can proceed with designing your template in the Design mode. 

You can add a phone number that will be dialed when users click the call button, and enable/disable a speech bubble for messages like “Do you have a question? Call now!”

You can also change the display frequency of the template: 

• Always On displays it on the page all the time.
• Recurring displays it on the page for the specified duration.
• Show Once displays it only once at the specified time.

You can customize the elements separately. Make sure they are in harmony with your website.

6. Once you finish the design, save it and proceed with the rest of your campaign.
