Architect Channel: Call an API Analytics

After you launch your journey, you can see Arrived and Processed metrics on the Call an API element on the canvas.

• Arrived indicates the number of users who have arrived at Call an API element.
• Processed indicates the number of users who are taken into the process to perform the desired action.
• Success includes how many request statuses are successful. Statuses between 200 and 299 are considered as successful.
• Failed includes how many request statuses are failed. Statuses between 400-599 are considered as failed.
• Dropped displays the number of unreachable users on Call an API.
