After creating your Saved Segments (Dynamic Segments), you can target your users based on the available segments and a few limitations.
Available segments
The available segmentation options are as follows:
- Predefined segments
- Standard segments
- Predictive segments
- Integrated segments
- RFM segments
- Saved segments
You can use these options and create the following use cases and many more:
- You can target users who are more likely to make a purchase within the next week or who are more likely to churn.
- You can create your segment for users who are more interested in discounts.
- You can segment your recipients based on their default and custom fields.
- You can segment your users based on their total purchase amount.
- You can target users who interacted with your emails.
Limitations
Before creating your Saved Segments, we recommend you to take a look at these limitations to consider them while planning your segmentation.
- Currently, Edit option is not available in the saved segments. This means you cannot make any changes on any segment you create. However, you can duplicate the respective segment, make the changes on the duplicated version and save it as a new segment.
- You can create up to 3 condition groups and use up to 15 conditions.
- You cannot combine Dynamic Segment with any other saved segment or segment filter.
