WhatsApp Analytics
You can evaluate how each WhatsApp campaign in your journey is performing while it is up and running.
You can see the following metrics for promotional messages: Sent, Delivered, Opens, Open Rate, Click, Click-Through Rate, Conversion, Conversion Rate, Revenue metrics, and also their trends.
You can see the following metrics for conversational messages: Sent metric for both first messages and responses, Delivered, Responses and Response Rate for each positive, negative, and other response messages, Click, Opens, Open Rate, Click-Through Rate, Click from each positive, negative, and other response messages, Conversion, Conversion Rate, Conversion from each positive, negative and other response messages Revenue metrics, and also their trends.
Live Stats
After you launch your journey, you can see the following metrics on the WhatsApp element on the canvas:
- Arrived: Displays the number of users who have arrived at WhatsApp element
- Reachable: Displays the number of reachable users on WhatsApp
- Dropped: Displays the number of unreachable users on WhatsApp
- Wait for action: Displays the number of users who are on hold to reply to the message in the specified duration
Following metrics are shown on the element when you use the conversational type of WhatsApp message:
- Proceeded (Time Out): Displays the number of users who proceed to the next step without replying to the message
- Dropped (Time Out): Displays the number of users who are dropped from the journey without replying to the message by the time is over
Proceeded and Dropped cannot be shown at the same time. It shows the metric as you selected inside the WhatsApp element.
