This guide provides the steps that you should complete before starting to integrate the Architect product to your account. Before using Architect, make sure to:
- Have Insider Tag implemented on your website. Read Insider Tag Integration to see how to implement it.
- Confirm that your website mapping is completed. You can confirm this step with Insider team.

Insider maps out your website with functions called the system rules. These rules understand the geography of your website and track customers’ activity throughout it — what type of pages they visit, which products they view or add to cart, if they complete their transaction, how many categories they visit, etc.
- Have the Architect product activated for your account. You can confirm this step with Insider team.
- Have completed the integration process regarding the channels and data ingestion. Your checklist will be shaped by the channels and source of data you will use.
