The available segmentation options on the All Segments are as follows:
- Most used segments
- Recommended segments
- Quick segments
- Saved segments
Most used segments
Most used segments are the top 3 segments that you create and use in your campaigns the most.
Recommended segments
Recommended segments provide and idea of different segmentation possibilities for your campaigns. This section displays new condition possibilities that you can use and some onboarding segmentations created for you. If there are any new segmentation possibilities or good practices, they are also displayed in this section.
Quick segments
Quick segments are the segments that you can select quickly without seeing all the segments.
- Android users: Sends the campaign to all users on Android devices
- iOS users: Sends the campaign to all users on iOS devices
- All users: Sends the campaign to all users who are valid recipients for the campaign
Saved segments
Saved segments are the segments that you created to use in your campaigns previously.
In this section, you can:
- Search in saved segments to find the segment based on its ID or name.
- Duplicate your segment.
- Update user count to the most recent data with the closest estimate.

The count of the audience might change over time. Some devices will get into the segment while some others will drop out. All devices are checked to see if they meet the segmentation conditions. The system checks if the device is available to receive any push notification only when a segment is used. In some cases, some devices may not be eligible for receiving any campaign any more. Thus the segment count may be different from the campaign sent number.
