Add Contacts

After you have imported contact lists, you can add contacts to a selected contact list. 

To add contacts

1.  Navigate to Audience > Contacts Management > Contact Lists. You can see various contact lists imported by you.

2. Select the contact list in which you wish to add the contact. Click Add Contact button. You can either upload a file or add the contact manually.

When Upload Contacts selected, you can upload a file in two different formats:
Upload a CSV file: You can upload a .csv file of contacts.
Upload a spreadsheet (XLS or XLXS): You can upload an excel sheet or Google sheet with the contacts.
The supported file upload formats are: 

• XLSX, XLS, and CSV files in UTF-8 Format are supported.
• For XLSX and XLS files, the maximum size limit allowed is 5MB 
• For CSV files, the maximum size limit allowed is 100MB
  - If the file contains only emails, you can upload up to 7 million contacts
  - If the file contains email and phone numbers, you can upload up to 3.5 million contacts
  - If the file contains emails, phone numbers, name, and surname information(columns), you can upload up to 1.9 million users.

You can download our sample files in order to get quick information on how your data structure has to be.

You have to check the “Authorized to process the uploaded users' data” option to proceed, which will make you grant that you have your data’s consent.

Add Manually: If you need to add the email ID of a single user, select this option to add it manually. 

Type the email ID. Mark "This person gave me permission to email them" checkbox and click the Add button. Once done, click Save and finalize it.
