If you see a different time zone on the Day & Time, please make sure the correct time zone is selected under Account Preferences.
If you want to schedule your campaign for some time in the future, you need to select it accordingly and save your campaign on Active status. In this case you will see the campaign status as Scheduled on the listing page.
To test the campaign, the start day and time should not be earlier than the current day or time. If they are, no change will be applied.
