The UCD starts to collect data with your first integration. Once Unified Customer Database (UCD) starts to collect data, the User Profiles page becomes available. Since this page includes PII (Personally Identifiable Information) information, you need to decide to whom the page should be visible.
How to gain access
Insider's User Management system grants access to certain actions in InOne. This page is not connected to any role; any defined role is able to see this page if they are granted individual access.
Manage Users roles can grant access for User Profiles. If you have Manage Users role, you can follow the instructions on User Management to grant access to new users or edit existing user access.

All users can reach the listing page of User Profiles and view it. However, only users with Manage Users role and users authorized by a user with Manage Users role can reach Profile View Page and see the details.
