How does Sirius AI work?
Sirius AI employs a combination of technologies to create a seamless user experience. It leverages OpenAI's capabilities for analyzing use-case inputs, while our in-house AI generates user journeys. This dynamic duo of AI systems collaborates to produce the desired outcomes.
Chatbot Interface and Its Functionality
You can edit the journey you created with the chatbot in Smart Journey with a prompt. To do this, you can clearly and explicitly state the change you want to make in the chatbot. Also, you can undo or go forward with the changes you made with the Undo and Redo buttons. Thus, you can create a step-by-step journey rather than with a single prompt. For example, you can write "replace Email with Web Push" to change the Email channels with Web Push in your journey.
Use-Case Requirements
To use the chatbot and Sirius AI effectively, you need to provide detailed use case explanations. For instance, if you want to create a "Birthday journey with a 20% discount code offer," you must describe the entire use case to generate an appropriate journey.
Limitations on Specific Requests
It's important to note that the chatbot may not fully understand specific requests for changes or additions. For instance, if you mention "Birthday journey with consecutive Emails to offer a 20% discount," the system may generate a birthday journey but might not grasp the intent to use only the Email channel.
Scope of Smart Journey Creator
Please be aware that certain elements, such as A/B split testing and Next Best Channel recommendations, are currently outside the scope of the Smart Journey Creator. Smart Journey is created only with default data. For the AI to give and choose the most accurate result, we define the Events and Attributes we use together with their use cases so that it can choose the right values when it encounters the prompt. Since everyone has different data structures and use cases, we are only proceeding with default data for now.
Language
Sirius AI chatbots will perform best in English; however, they will work with all other languages since OpenAI can process all languages.
How safe is Sirius AI?
Sirius AI prioritizes data privacy and security. It implements robust encryption and access control measures to protect sensitive data and complies with relevant data protection regulations. Sirius AI features have passed security and legal checks regarding data safety. We share the prompt anonymously with ChatGPT so there’s no loss of customer data. Also, for conversations powered by Sirius AI, you can tune the system using knowledge limits to avoid answering questions outside of certain themes and topics.
