Insight Agent is Insider’s next-generation AI assistant designed to provide proactive, conversational analytics and performance insights across the entire platform. It is built to support multiple use cases—from journey analytics to campaign optimization—using AI.
Sirius Assistant is the MVP version of Insight Agent. It focuses on journey performance insights, helping users analyze data, identify drop-offs, and uncover optimization opportunities through a chat-based interface.
With Sirius Assistant, you no longer need to sift through complex data manually—ask your questions, and Sirius Assistant will provide quick answers with analyzed data.
This guide will provide answers to these questions:
Use Sirius Assistant for Architect Analytics
1. Navigate to the Reports > Architect Analytics or Single Journey Analytics page.
2. Click the Sirius Assistant button on the page to initiate the chat.
3. Enter your prompt and start interacting with the Sirius Assistant. You can either ask the sample questions or type your questions directly.
4. The Sirius Assistant will answer.
- Sirius Assistant only answers questions based on the data available on the page you’re currently viewing. If you're on a Journey Analytics page, the assistant will only use the data for that journey.
- For further information on Single Journey, go to the relevant journey’s analytics page and click the Chat button.
