The UCD starts to collect data with your first integration. Once Unified Customer Database (UCD) starts to collect data, the User Profiles page becomes available. Since this page includes PII (Personally Identifiable Information) information, you need to decide to whom the page should be visible.
How to gain access
Insider's User Management system grants access to certain actions in InOne. This page is not connected to any role; any defined role can see this page if they are given individual access.
Manage Users roles will have PII access by default and is the only role that can grant others similar access. If you have the Manage Users role, you can follow the instructions on Inviting a User to grant access to new users and Editing a User to change the access of an existing user.

All users can reach the listing page of User Profiles and view it. However, only users with the Manage Users role and users authorized by a user with the Manage Users role can reach the Profile View Page and see the details.
